I perform complete repair of computer software and hardware related problems. Software refers to the intangible parts of a computer, like the Operating System (Windows) or a program installed on your computer. Software problems can cause Windows or your programs to display error messages
or crash (suddenly shutdown) or freeze (stop responding). Hardware refers to the physical components of a computer, for example, a hard drive, the memory (RAM), a CD or DVD drive or the power supply.
I also perform system upgrades by installing an additional hard drive for more storage space,
additional memory for increased performance or a new DVD(CD) burner in your existing computer.
Please note: I do not repair monitors, printers, scanners or any other peripheral computer equipment.

Has your machine become the victim of a computer virus or some other malicious program? I employ the latest techniques to clean any undesirable programs from your system. In the event that the problem is not repairable or has otherwise corrupted the system beyond the point of a proper repair,
I will reinstall the Operating System from scratch at your request.
If your system must be wiped clean and started from scratch, it may still be possible to recover data, such as documents, photos, music, databases etc. I make every effort to preserve your personal files if possible.
The cost for recovery of data is calculated based on the amount of information to be recovered.

A computer tune-up is maintenance which makes a computer run as quickly as can be expected depending on the system and the installed software. More often than not, slow performance is due to unnecessary or even unwanted software, such as spy ware. I identify and resolve these types of problems in order to restore speed.

| Repair Rates |
| The rates I charge for premium levels of service are typically lower than you'll find at most computer repair shops. Most common repairs cost from about $80.00 to $120.00. Repairs are usually performed within a few business days with some exceptions.
